Over the last ten years, the Bronx Documentary Center's Youth Photography program, the BDC Youth Photo League, has provided more than 400 middle school and high school students from the South Bronx with free documentary photography and multimedia classes as well as a year-round college success program. Armed with considerable talent and developing skills, BDC students are telling community stories accurately and creatively, offering powerful images of South Bronx street life and individuals. Join us in celebrating their work and marking this 10th anniversary milestone with our exhibition "Through Our Eyes: Youth Photography at the Bronx Documentary Center, 2013-2023", showcasing their award-winning photography.

The exhibition opening reception has been made possible by Open Society Foundations.

The book has been made possible by Fujifilm.

To mark the occasion of the exhibition, we are raising funds for the broad range of BDC education programs, including those for youth, community adults, seniors and aspiring Bronx photographers.
